Restless Legs

Restless legs Syndrome (Wittmaack-Ekbom Syndrome) is a neurological disorder characterised by an irresistible urge to move one's body to stop uncomfortable or odd sensations ranging from aching in the muscles to and unpleasant tickle that won't stop, or a "crawling" feeling. The sensations typically begin or intensify during quiet wake fullness, such as relaxing, reading, or trying to sleep.
