OOS / Occupational Overuse

OOS is an umbrella term used for a range of conditions which cause discomfort or persistent pain in muscles, joints, tendons, nerves and soft tissues.  OOS can be caused by repetitive activities, forceful exertions, vibrations, or sustained awkward positions.
Occupational Overuse Syndrome was previously referred to as Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI).
