Digestion

Digestion starts with chewing... Once food is swallowed it enters the digestive tract which is a complex ecological network. It helps break down the large protein, carbohydrate, and fat molecules in the food into smaller substances whilst liberating nutrients like vitamins and minerals from food to be absorbed into the blood.

Digestive disorders can range from mild bloating, flatulence, belching, low or high hydrochloric acid levels to the more serious such as celiac, crohns disease, ulcerative colitis etc.
