We offer FREE delivery on all orders anywhere in New Zealand with Post Haste, Courier Post and/or NZ Post no matter how big or small your order, this includes parcels sent to PO Box numbers or rural addresses.
These are non-signature unless otherwise requested.
Your parcel should arrive within 1-3 working days (may be longer for rural) once placed with us.
All parcels sent have a ‘Track & Trace’ number, please contact us if you would like this.
We use International Tracked Courier only – This is a fast delivery service and comes with full a tracking service along with full insurance cover for lost or damaged parcels.
We send to most places around the world and have been doing so for many years, all parcels are sent through International Courier with ‘Track & Trace’ providing transparency and peace of mind.
All parcels sent have a ‘Track & Trace’ number, please contact us if you would like us to send it to you.
The cost for delivery is calculated in the shopping cart, simply select your country destination along with the postcode and click the ‘Get a Quote’ button. You can add or remove items, update your cart and recalculate the total cost at any stage. This will be the exact cost of delivery and will again show in the checkout for your final approval.
A flat-rate, determined by your delivery country, is charged for orders up to 1 kilogram (1kg). For orders weighing over 1kg, the delivery cost is the 1kg rate plus an extra charge for each additional kilogram of product weight thereafter. These rates also vary depending on your delivery country.

Please provide a street address as items cannot be couriered to international PO boxes.
Local Language Address
To assist with accurate delivery and reduce the risk of delays, email email@example.com as soon as you place your order with the order number and delivery address in your local language (e.g. Chinese, Japanese etc.). We will write this address on your parcel as well as the address in English.
New Zealand Postal regulations require us to show the total price paid for your products on the consignment note of your parcel and we are cannot mark your parcel as a gift.
Customs and Import Regulations
Every country has their own unique customs and import regulations and with over 190 countries in the world today to be aware of, it is just not possible. Therefore you are fully responsible for ensuring the goods you order are not prohibited or restricted from entering that country and any import costs incurred are your responsibility before you place your order with us.
We do not accept liability nor provide refunds for any additional costs including import duty or taxes occurred upon entry into the delivery country by Customs, Entry Officials or the Government body as this is outside of our control. We do not accept liability for the refund / replacement of any goods confiscated by the countries Customs Office or other Government body.
In the event your order is returned to us in original and resalable condition, we will refund you for the cost of the goods, minus any postage and additional costs we may have incurred. Please note refunds are not given until we have received the goods back to us in original condition nor do we provide refunds on parcels that have been detained or confiscated.
Damaged and Missing Parcels
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately and we will advise you of the best solution. Please ensure you keep the product and all the packaging as this may be required for investigation. If possible, take photos of damaged packaging and/or goods and send these to us by email as this will be helpful to assist us in processing any claims.
Please don't return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end. Please keep any packaging and damaged items as they are received, as these are required for the claims process.
If your parcel is lost in transit before being delivered to your home or business in New Zealand we will take full responsibility provided we are notified within five working days of your order being dispatched.
For international orders, we are only able to track items within New Zealand, once they reach your destination country it is beyond our control. However, please contact us and we will assist you with the delivery process as best we can.
In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't reach you within the expected delivery time-frame (NZ approx. 3 to 5 working days and international (21 working days) of receiving your confirmation of dispatch, please contact us and we may be able to assist you to find a solution.
Please note NZ Post regulations state that in the event of an international parcel being damaged or missing while in transit, an investigation can only be launched within a certain timeframe (30 days) therefore it is advised that contact be made as soon as is possible otherwise the opportunity is lost.
